drush-make software package provides Drupal source code deployment tool, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install drush-make
drush-make is installed in your system.
Make ensure the drush-make package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep drush-make *
You will get with drush-make package name, version, architecture and description in a table
